BLC Capacity Building

      The Black Leadership Circle will provide empowerment opportunities, create professional development experiences, and address the underrepresentation of Black professionals in C-suite and other executive leadership positions by creating capacity building opportunities, a pipeline to executive leadership, and mentorship from within the Black professional community.

The Black Leadership Circle (in partnership with the BLK ED Network) aims to cultivate a robust pipeline of Black professionals aspiring to ascend to executive leadership positions. This comprehensive mentorship matching program will provide guidance, support, and strategic opportunities for career growth.

        Mentor/Mentee Matching:​

        Leadership Development Workshops:

          covering leadership skills, executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication

          Representation:

          guest speakers and industry experts providing insights into executive leadership

        Networking Opportunities:

         facilitated events creating valuable professional connections

        Executive Shadowing:

        structured opportunities to shadow day-to-day roles

        Resource Hub:

          access to curated materials on leadership, diversity, and career advancement

        BLK Leadership Accelerator (for Non-Profit Professionals):

          a capacity-building program for Black nonprofit leaders who are navigating the systemic                    challenges and are committed to building impactful and sustainable organizations that                        support the overall well-being of the community
